Credentials
 Craig grew up in Montreal and attended Concordia University, where he majored in Chemistry. He never got a chance to really apply his scientific knowledge, however, as he took a full-time marketing job straight out of school. This position took him across the world for nearly five years (including extensive travel throughout Asia) and taught him many of the professional ethics and practices that form the core of Miller McConnell’s unique business model. Craig started as a senior employee under Jim, acting in a management role similar to the one he has now, but it wasn’t until September 2002 when the decision was made to make Craig a full partner in the sign company. If there’s one thing he’s learned since Miller McConnell Signs first opened its doors in 1992, it’s that it is more rewarding to maintain the relationships with existing customers than it is to bring in new ones. As such, Craig makes it a top priority to represent the company and foster trust and understanding between the company and its customers. An avid golfer, Craig has been a member of the Club de Golf Outaouais in Rockland, Ont. since 1996. He currently lives in Orleans with his wife and two young sons. |
